The International Youth and Education Platform (UGEP) is a non-profit organization established in 2018 in Cologne, Germany. Based in Europe, UGEP operates internationally for the public benefit. Founded under the leadership of its Founder and President, Bilgehan Aktaş, UGEP has become a leading actor carrying out youth-oriented projects in dozens of countries, primarily across Europe, Turkey, and the Turkic world since its inception.
UGEP aims to contribute to the social, academic, and professional development of young people through its work focused on education, culture, digital transformation, volunteerism, and environmental awareness. In line with this mission, it develops strategic partnerships with public institutions, research institutes, local governments, universities, NGOs, and the private sector to implement sustainable international projects.
UGEP seeks to make the most efficient use of the digital opportunities offered by the 21st century, providing a structure that is closer, more accessible, and more participatory for young people through social media, the internet, and modern communication tools.
Driven by the responsibility of preparing today’s youth to become tomorrow’s leaders, UGEP has adopted the principle of building a future where people create, grow, and generate value together.
